Germany having been our primary market during the company’s early years, abakus solar AG now operates not only in Europe, but also world-wide.

Our head office is located in Gelsenkirchen, a former mining city in the Ruhr region, which has developed into a “solar city” in recent years.

In addition, abakus solar AG operates an administrative office in Cologne and sales offices in Munich and near Frankfurt.

A sudsidiary in Spain and a joint-venture in Italy have made the interesting markets in Southern Europe accessible to abakus solar AG. Further subsidiaries are foreseen concretely in France and Greece.

Abakus solar AG also works very closely with a large number of partners in Asia.

Focussing on Taiwan  and Korea in particular, abakus solar AG  has opened its own offices in Taipei and Seoul and established an extensive network of contacts with local companies who operate not only in their domestic markets, but throughout the whole of Asia.
